Applying the IPS Patch:
Should you have trouble patching the ROM, check its format. The original ROM must be unflipped.

For better performance in PJ64, change the settings of the patched ROM. Go to Options > Settings > ROM Settings. Change it to the following….

CPU core style: Recompiler
Self-modifying core Method: Change Memory & Cache
Memory Size: 4 MB
Advanced Block Linking: Off
Default Save Type: Use First Used Save Type
Counter Factor: 2
Checkmarks by:
Larger Compile Buffer, Register caching, SP Hack, Use TLB

Issues:
Do not use Rice’s Video Plugin; it causes flickering.
A couple walls change color in the vents.
In multiplayer, some things disappear when seen from a xertain angle.
