Jungle Guardtower Replacement Binaries
These replace the binaries for room 16 point and secondary mapping as well as the clipping file for the stage.
The .bin files are the original source; the compressed .1172 files are ready for insertion.
Binaries have been tested and are known to work on console and emulators.
