The Dam island has been clipped and a warper added to get you there and back.

Modified boat warping blocks (crashed console).
Made both boats invincible.
Added / updated camera scenes while warping.
Moved island guards.
Switched intro swirl camera with Egypt’s (rendering issues).
Included Bond intro animation.
All missions unlocked at start of new file.
