This is a fully modified version of the Bunker. Here go some data on my new level.
BACKGROUND
In Sharon Island, there is a project being held in a secured baseline. We have no information on this particular project, that’s when you come in. We want you and a co agent to investigate this project and gain some information. If there’s any guards willing to kill you, give them hell James!
M Briefing
We’ve picked up some strange transmissions yesterday, coming from the Sharon Island. We believe that they are testing out a new infra red satellite to detect activity and objects from outer space. I know this because we’ve done some testing of the transmission and the analyzation confimed infra red electromagnetic radiation.
Q Branch
A infra red satellite? Well, if this is the case, then they shuld be continuing the testing. A problem is that the whole baseline is secured with some solid type wall. Within hours, security patrol is doing a search within a perimeter. A upside door in the baseline will be accessable. We’ll provide you guys with a helicopter.
Moneypenny
The base looks pretty! All blue, black and red!
Main Objectives
Gather information
Defeat security guards
Intercept satellite circuitry
Scan satellite
Escape in helicopter
Edit notes…
Improved ending cinema (and not crash on console).
Updated text in watch (so not to crash console).
Gave proper renames to pickups.
Removed many redundant doors and glass.
Edited ally block to use proper text bank.
Changed glass near satellite to be tinted.
Got rid of monitor flickering.
Reduced super scientist armour slightly.
Corrected certain objectives.
Changed number of bugs to one.
Made folders show all objectives per difficulty.
Fixed Bunker 2.
All missions unlocked at start of new file.
Use the updated Xdelta patch for the console compatible version with many other fixes and improvements. I have left the original IPS patch for anyone who wants to play the version the author initially released. It has many, many more doors and panes of glass in it, and tougher scientist enemies. You may have trouble completing an objective or two, so looking on YouTube for older playthroughs may help. Do not play it on console, or else you will face multiple crashing issues. Emulation *should* be fine.
Additionally, you can check out Bunker 2’s makeover. It had previously been named “Sneak” in the old build, but would crash whenever a line of text was displayed. It’s exactly the same as the original mission, so I renamed it back as Bunker to avoid any possible confusion. It’s possible that the author had plans to do something with this map, but didn’t come through before releasing the patch. However, it is still worth wandering around to see the edits made to the background.
