Sequel to High Stakes Pt.1, a small and tough level from Streets.

Objectives:
a:Destroy terrorist vehicles
b:Reach halfway point
c:Locate base entrance

-included walls and door behind start point
-added intro camera text
-changed watch time to be consistent with part one
-removed duplicate objective entries
-changed certain guard blocks
-updated final boss actions/stats
-decreased armour on stationary guards
-added an extra armour, shifted/resized the other
-included some rifle ammo boxes
-removed grenade chance from dual wield guards
-now shows countdown clock
-timer now set at 12 minutes
-countdown doesn’t start until player is in control
-expired countdown now results in explosions
-made all guards use random head
-changed blue civilian body to black jacket guard
-modified outro block, added Bond walking
-edited some text, wrote new Moneypenny line
-made vehicle objective for secret agent up
-updated briefing objective order
-added new level names to mission folder
-unlocked all missions/cheats on new file
