Turok 2 Casing and Shell SFX Restoration

It adjusts the position of the casing and shells when they’re ejected from the gun, and restores the unused sfx for the casings and shells that is already in the game’s files.
I did wonder why they omitted the shell/casing sfx, so I re-implemented them to see how they would sound, and surprisingly they add a lot to the gun’s feedback.
